Rayshun Edward Terry, a 38-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2019, in High Point, North Carolina. Terry was attempting to intervene in a fistfight involving his brother when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred early in the morning at the intersection of Wesley Drive and East Green Drive. Witnesses reported that at least one person fired shots during the altercation, and one of those shots struck Terry.
