Devon Demitrius Nowell, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2019, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred near downtown Raleigh, where Devon was found with a gunshot wound. Authorities responded to the scene at around 5:40 p.m. on Bledsoe Avenue. Despite their efforts, Devon was pronounced dead at the scene.
