Joseph Marcell Desouza, a 17-year-old male of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, tragically passed away on June 22, 2019, in Albemarle, NC. Desouza was a member of the Developing Adolescents Strengthening Homes program, which mentors young people to keep them on the right path. He was known for his joyful and kind nature, and his death deeply affected his community.
