Darnell Harris, a 48-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2019, during an armed robbery at a Steak 'n Shake restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina. Harris, who was a long-time employee at the restaurant, was fatally shot by the robbery suspect, Eddie Doh.
