Jerome Edward Fogg, a 32-year-old African American male from Raleigh, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on the night of July 28, 2019, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. in the 900 block of Wadesboro Street, near the Lynnhaven Apartments complex. Upon arrival, Durham police discovered Jerome Edward Fogg lying dead in the street with multiple shell casings around his body.
