Julius Randolph "Juice" Sampson Jr., a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 6, 2019, outside BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The incident began with an argument inside the restaurant between Sampson and Robert Granato, a 22-year-old male.
