Quandarro McCleary, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at The Madison Apartments on Calibre Crossing Drive, where Quandarro was involved in a verbal altercation with another adult male in the apartment complex parking lot. The argument escalated, leading to Quandarro being shot. He was found at the scene and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
