Among the suspects were two male juveniles, both charged with first-degree murder, and Kelvin Rodriquez Johnson, 41, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and accessory after the fact - murder. The suspects are currently awaiting extradition to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
