Dennis Perks, a 61-year-old resident of Gates, NY, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2015. The incident occurred at his home on Cole Avenue, where he was fatally shot in the chest with a shotgun. The perpetrator was identified as his fiancée, Ronna Nary, who was 49 years old at the time. The couple had been together for approximately ten years and engaged for two. On the day of the incident, Nary's son, sensing something was amiss, went to check on the couple and subsequently called 911.
