Ricky C. Jones, aged 37, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2015, in Gates, New York. The incident occurred at the Gates Pub, a local bar where a shooting broke out shortly before closing time. The shooter, identified as David Alligood, was apprehended not long after the incident. Alligood, who was on parole for a previous drug-related felony, was charged with second-degree murder for the fatal shooting of Jones.
