Youself Roseboro, a 48-year-old African American male, was found dead in his residence in Henderson, North Carolina, on September 23, 2019. The police arrived at the scene around 4:40 a.m. and discovered Roseboro deceased from a gunshot wound. The investigation quickly led to the arrest of Stoney Leon Johnson, a 36-year-old man who lived with Roseboro.
