Thomas Talucci, a 73-year-old man from Kings Mountain, NC, was found dead in his home on High Ridge Court on September 23, 2019. The incident was initially reported as a welfare check after items belonging to Talucci were found in a car that transported a wounded man, Jerry Childers, to the hospital.
