Arsenio Kamal Gaskins, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2019, in Wilson, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the 1500 block of Cargill Avenue, following a confrontation in the parking lot of Players Choice, an electronic sweepstakes business.
