Mario Noyola Salinas, a 36-year-old male of Mexican descent, was tragically shot and killed in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on November 3, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at an apartment complex located at 910 N. Cleveland Avenue. Police responded to a call reporting a fight in progress with weapons involved.
