Helen Forster North, a 91-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, passed away on December 16, 2019. She was born on August 18, 1928, in Appleton, Wisconsin, to Anna and Rudolph Forster. Helen retired from Bowman Gray School of Medicine and is survived by her two daughters, Joan Spencer and Lynn Butzberger, as well as two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
