Kalon Ewing, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2019, in High Point, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Christmas Eve, when Ewing was shot in the stomach during a shooting on Sharon Street. Despite undergoing two surgeries, he succumbed to his injuries. The shooting also left another victim injured, who was shot in the face and shoulder but survived.
