Jenny Thao Ta, a 40-year-old woman from High Point, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on January 1, 2020. The incident was classified as a murder-suicide. According to reports, police responded to a call at 2:41 a.m. on New Year's Day regarding a suicide at 605 S. Scientific St. Upon arrival, they discovered Hong Van Ma, a 49-year-old man, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
