Randall Andrews, a 27-year-old Black male from Kinston, North Carolina, tragically passed away on February 8, 2020, due to multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred at the Red Carpet Inn and Suites located at 208 East New Bern Road in Kinston. On the night of the shooting, Kinston Police Department received multiple calls reporting shots fired at the hotel.
