Joseph Brooks Lee, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2020, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Carolina Open Air Market, located at 6422 Poole Road. According to reports, a physical altercation broke out between Joseph Brooks Lee and another individual, 32-year-old Luis Alberto Rodriguez, inside the market.
