Phillip Ray "Peanut" Jones Jr., a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2020, in Durham, North Carolina. Phillip, affectionately known as "Peanut" and "Tiny," was born on April 11, 2001, to Dollie Murray and Phillip Jones Sr. He was raised by his stepmother, Yolanda Barkley, and had a close-knit family, including his biological father, stepfather, siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
