Raymond Lamont Napper II, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2020, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Born on February 24, 1999, he was the son of Raymond Lemont Napper and Teresa Williams. Raymond was pronounced dead at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center after being transported there following a shooting incident in a parking lot on S. Reilly Road.
