Veronica Lee Baker, a 17-year-old Caucasian female, was tragically found dead on August 15, 2020, in the parking lot of a Bojangles restaurant on Jones Sausage Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her body was discovered inside a vehicle with the car door wide open and the engine still running. The 911 call reporting her unresponsive state was made around 8 p.m. that evening.
