Jameisha Person, a 17-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on June 2, 2020, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Level at 401 apartments on Goodstone Drive in north Raleigh. Jameisha was the victim of a fatal shooting that took place just before 7 p.m. on that fateful day. The circumstances surrounding her death have led to a series of arrests and ongoing investigations.
