Emanuel Taylor, a 41-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 13, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4 a.m., when officers responded to a call reporting shots fired along Clydesdale Terrace, just off Tuckaseegee Road.
