Stephen Bert Robinson, a 37-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 16, 2020. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. near the intersection of North College Street and North Tryon Street. Robinson was found dead at the scene.
