Ruben Contreras, a 16-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on November 7, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Contreras, who was a mentee in the Heal Charlotte program, was found fatally shot at the Orchard Trace Condominiums near North Tryon Street.
