Quashon Demond Hardy, a 22-year-old African American male, was found dead on November 27, 2020, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Wilmington Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert indicating multiple rounds fired in the 1000 block of Meares Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hardy deceased in the passenger side of a vehicle. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds.
