Tywan Shaquille Parsley, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2020, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred at 1024 S. 13th St., where officers from the Wilmington Police Department responded to a shooting in the early morning hours. Upon arrival, they found Parsley deceased at the scene.
