Leonicio Ramos Guerrero, a male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on January 2, 2021, in Pine-swamp, North Carolina. Guerrero was 63 years old at the time of his death. The incident occurred at a home on Little Gap Road, where Guerrero was shot by an adult male suspect who then fled the scene in a white Ford Explorer Sport Trac.

Law enforcement officers were able to track down the suspect, Reginald Steve Elledge, 45 years old, of Fleetwood, NC, based on the description ...
