Joshua Lamont Johnson, a 35-year-old African American male from Durham, North Carolina, was found dead on November 8, 2021. His body was discovered in the trunk of a vehicle parked on Hope Valley Road around 5:30 p.m. that day. Johnson had been reported missing by his family earlier in the day.
