Allan Alston, a 41-year-old African American man from Durham, North Carolina, was tragically killed on January 24, 2021. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 100 block of Wakerobin Place. Officers responded to a call reporting a gunshot wound and found Alston suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
