Walter Montgomery "Walt" Livingston, a 35-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was fatally shot in the evening on Washburn Avenue, and despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the incident and launched an investigation into the homicide.
