Neil Ray Locklear, a 32-year-old male from Red Springs, North Carolina, tragically passed away on April 26, 2021. Locklear was involved in a fatal altercation with Nicoya Dial, a 28-year-old relative, which led to Locklear sustaining a gunshot wound. He was transported to McLeod Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
