Dexter Glendale Grant, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2021, in Asheville, North Carolina. Dexter, affectionately known as "Dee" by those close to him, was born on January 15, 1996, to Jamel McCallum and Jewell Grant. Dexter was a beloved member of his community, known for his outgoing and caring nature. He attended Mullins High School in South Carolina and had aspirations of furthering his education in culinary arts.
