Angelec Maria Wiggins, a 34-year-old woman from Woodland, NC, tragically lost her life on June 23, 2021. She was fatally shot outside her home in the Arrowhead Mobile Home Park. Another woman, aged 47, was also injured in the incident and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
