The incident occurred late at night on Turtle Neck Lane, where officers responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon. Upon arrival, they found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Dekoven Kali Ware was pronounced dead at the scene by Medic. The identity and condition of the second victim remain unknown.
