Shannon Levy, a 44-year-old Detroit resident, was tragically shot and killed on December 16, 2015. His death occurred during a period when Detroit was struggling with numerous unresolved homicides. Despite investigations by the Detroit Police Department, there has been little progress in resolving his case, primarily due to a lack of leads and witness cooperation.
