Donna Blackmon, a 61-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, NC, tragically died on August 22, 2021. She was killed by a stray bullet while sleeping in her bed next to her husband of 20 years. The bullet came through the bedroom wall during an early morning shooting incident. Despite life-saving measures by the police, Donna succumbed to her injuries.
