Donna Blackmon, a 61-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, NC, tragically died on August 22, 2021. She was killed by a stray bullet while sleeping in her bed next to her husband of 20 years. The bullet came through the bedroom wall during an early morning shooting incident. Despite life-saving measures by the police, Donna succumbed to her injuries.

The investigation led to the arrest of two teenagers, Ezra Houston Yeary, 14, and Omarion Tremaine Davis, 15. They were charged with murder. Evi ...
