Meghann Rae Stubbs, a 33-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on June 17, 2016. Meghann, along with her boyfriend, Steven Richard Salsman, 37, was fatally shot outside their home at 2431 Stockton Street.
