Meghann Rae Stubbs, a 33-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on June 17, 2016. Meghann, along with her boyfriend, Steven Richard Salsman, 37, was fatally shot outside their home at 2431 Stockton Street. The incident occurred during a heated altercation with their neighbor, Zachary Wilson Hobbs, who had recently moved into the adjacent house at 2427 Stockton Street.
