Brandon Montrial Smith, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 21, 2021, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred early in the morning near the intersection of Bragg Street and Bennett Street. Police responded to calls about a shooting around 6:40 a.m. and found Smith with a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, Smith succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
