Terry Dale Hefner, a 44-year-old man from Hudson, NC, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2021. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Dollar General store in Caldwell County, NC, following an altercation with another man, Jody Shane Maltba, age 33.
