Gary Randolph, a 48-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on July 19, 2022, in west Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Reid Avenue near West Boulevard. Police received a 911 call shortly after 1:54 p.m., and upon arrival, they found Randolph with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by Medic. Randolph's death was a significant loss to the community, and the investigation into his murder began immediately.
