Moerell Mosezell Larkin, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2022, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Larkin, known affectionately as "Rell" by those close to him, was involved in a fatal incident at a Shell gas station located at the intersection of West Sugar Creek Road and Reagan Drive.
