Devone Brown, a 28-year-old male from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 1, 2022. He was found shot to death alongside 24-year-old Destiny Wiggins, a mother of four, in the front seat of a car parked in the lot of Barnhill Construction in Rocky Mount. The discovery was made by employees arriving for work early in the morning.
