Cordarrius Donquay Harris, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2022, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. on University City Boulevard, where Harris was shot and killed. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene and pronounced him dead upon arrival.
