In March of 2010, Carl Plook Windmon Sr., a 32-year-old man, was fatally shot in a double homicide in Harvey, Louisiana. The incident also claimed the life of his best friend, Andre Paul, who was 31 years old. The two men were together when the shooting occurred, tragically ending both of their lives.
