On November 30, 2024, three-year-old Rudy Ratliff tragically lost his life in an accidental shooting at a residence in the 2200 block of Willow Street in New Orleans' Central City neighborhood. Rudy was visiting family friend Tatisha Refuge during the Thanksgiving holiday when the incident occurred.
