In the early hours of a Tuesday in April 2010, the life of 39-year-old Richard Bradley Temple Jr. was tragically cut short. A cab driver for Glenn's Cab Service, Temple was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Marrero, Louisiana. On the night of Monday, April 5, 2010, he transported a passenger from Harvey to the Algiers neighborhood.
