Frederick "Fred" Gibbs, a 52-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on June 20, 2010, in New Orleans, LA. Fred Gibbs was a dedicated train conductor and a respected member of his community. He was a 1977 graduate of Biloxi High School and a member of the 16th District of M.W. Stringer Grand Lodge, F.& A.M. Prince Hall Affiliation, Jurisdiction of MS. Fred was survived by his two sons, Kendrick DeShaun and Cedric Maurice, and his mother, Alneda Gibbs.
