In a quiet Kenner, Louisiana neighborhood, a devastating scene unfolded that left a family shattered. One-year-old Nayah Peters, a female, was found deceased in her home on July 12, 2011. The discovery was made by her father, Ronald Peters, upon his return from a long day at work.
